The 2.5% rebate applies exclusively to specific customers who have received direct notification from STANLEY Engineered Fastening. The list of eligible customers is managed by the EMEA Customer Service Team and can be provided upon request by emailing joanne.Gladman@sbdinc.com
The rebate will be calculated based on the total purchase amount, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and any additional charges.
All open sales invoices and disputes shall be settled and closed no later than 3 months after the qualifying period pertaining to the rebate and prior to any settlement by STANLEY Engineered Fastening. If after 3 months this is not the case, then the rebate will not be paid.
Rebate schedules are calculated in Euros. Associated rebate credit notes will be issued in local billing currency and where applicable converted at an average Euro rate for the corresponding 3-month period of coverage.
The rebate will be credited back to the customer's account within 30 days after the end of the promotional period.
The rebate is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise specified.
STANLEY Engineered Fastening standard terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases made during this promotional period.
